Yeast present in Endoscopy RO water sample

Water results from the weekly RO sampling are exhibiting presence of Yeast. Tests have been carried out over a number of weeks and the yeast keeps appearing. The AERs are self disinfected daily, weekly sanitisation completed and the machines are in constant daily use – no down time of machines for potential biofilm build up. Water samples are taken by competent user and tested at accredited laboratory. 2 x AERs – but yeast is only ever present in one of the AERs – never both. The Yeast will then interchange presence from one machine to another per week.
Water samples taken at RO plant and AERs. RO plant – no yeast present. AERs – Yeast present in one of the machines.
RO plant filters / membranes changed routinely. Plant Serviced as required.
IS there any other incidents of Yeast in RO water? Where could the Yeast be coming from? Any advice how to prevent Yeast?
